Travelrest Ultimate Travel Pillow/Neck Pillow  Review:

I took three types of travel pillows with me on my 2018 trip to China, including one of the (quite effective and larger) forward facing models, taking them all with me for my Vancouver to Guangzhou return flights, and four internal flights in China as well. For convenience and design, this topped them all. I got over four hours of uninterrupted sleep--and no sore neck at all--with this pillow.  My head wasn't constantly dropping forward or leaning too far to one side.

I didn't expect this to be the overall winner, but it is. It combines ease of use, relatively small size and surprisingly effective design for as comfortable a rest on an airplane or train as I've ever had. It's not perfect, but it's really close.

Here's a photo I took, sitting in an upright lawn chair in the shop, with zero other support from anything except the Travelrest. When the photo was taken, I was fully relaxed.And it was just that easy on the airplane. Even a middle seat sleep is a piece of cake with this pillow.

The Travelrest is very easy to inflate, and the blow hole is valved to prevent escape while inflating. And it's also easy to hold the valve open when deflating. Pillow fits easily in a 10"x 6" poly bag when deflated.

I only took this one on my 2019 China trip. two long flights, one 3 hour flight, and four longer fast-train rides. Same comfortable result. It's still in fine shape.
